Knowledge: Sound knowledge of challenges facing the sector, understanding of the construction and property industry, corporate governance, legislative frameworks and regulatory requirements. Experience: Experience of leadership; building strong and effective teams and partnerships; devising and delivering strategies, business plans, budgets and policies; leading innovation within own area of responsibility. Qualifications: Relevant degree level education or equivalent professional qualification. Membership of the Institute of Occupational Health and Safety and an appropriate Nebosh qualification.
