Purpose of the job We are currently looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our client services team, working alongside one of the biggest global fashion brands in the world. As an Account Manager, you will work closely with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders to execute multiple-in-store marketing campaigns from an initial briefing stage through to invoicing the finished product. You will need to have strong negotiation skills and feel comfortable talking about budgets and narrowing down timescales. Other tasks include placing stock orders, picking up ad hoc requests and dealing with store queries so the ability to multitask, prioritise and use initiative is essential. You will be required to build and develop relationships with notable clients whilst always delivering excellent customer service. Key responsibilities Providing technical input and advice on print projects as required Suggesting sustainable Point-of-Sale options where possible Putting together quotes based on client specifications Building rapport and strong relationships with key influencers and decision makers Producing detailed specifications for internal and external clients based on client knowledge Briefing multiple suppliers on client requirements and gathering the data accordingly Monitoring projects to ensure they are delivered to specification and on time Ensuring activity is recorded using the designated company tools Implementing new methods and procedures as required Working as a team to help deliver contractual requirements, prepare presentations and complete necessary account admin and reporting Ensuring invoicing procedures are followed Attending meetings away from the client site as required Press passing when required and often outside of normal working hours Working with the Account Director to identify new business opportunities Agreeing and managing budgets Ensuring profit is maximised through analysis of performance Delivering services to meet and exceed contracted Service Level Agreements (SLA) Managing and monitoring objectives to meet key business drivers Ensuring compliance with Regulatory and Company policies Knowledge, Skills Experience Numerate with a strong commercial understanding Impeccable eye for detail Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong time management and prioritisation skills Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a good sense of humour Has a high level of technical print knowledge Experienced and confident with press passing Approachable and confident to offer advice in meetings Is professional, courteous and calm under pressure Has a project management mind-set Process driven, with an eye for sales and business development Account management experience, working within a contracted environment Experience in troubleshooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures is preferred Experience in liaising directly with clients and advising on campaign print/digital solutions is preferred Knowledge of Microsoft Apps is preferred but not essential Previous experience working in print/ print management/ print buying/ marketing print procurement is essential Experience in a client facing role is essential Leadership and management experience is desirable Ostatní podrobnosti Typ mzdy Plat
