About the Role
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Fabricated Welder to join a well-established fabrication team in Kingswinford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in heavy steel fabrication and large‑scale welding projects to secure a long‑term position with potential for permanent employment.
Key Responsibilities
* Fabricate and weld heavy steel components to precise specifications.
* Read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication plans.
* Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently (MIG/TIG/Stick).
* Carry out quality checks to ensure high standards are maintained.
* Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
* Proven experience in heavy steel fabrication and welding.
* Ability to work on large-scale projects with minimal supervision.
* Strong understanding of welding techniques and safety procedures.
* Competent in reading engineering drawings.
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to long‑term work.
