We are seeking a highly organised and driven Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic lettings team. This varied and rewarding role combines office-based administrative duties with out-of-office responsibilities such as conducting property viewings. It is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a desire to deliver outstanding service to both landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle enquiries, match applicants with suitable properties and schedule viewings.
* Conduct property viewings and provide timely feedback to landlords.
* Expertly negotiate sales and rental offers.
* Assist the team in achieving departmental targets and deadlines.
* Recommend additional products and services.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure administrative tasks are completed to a high standard.
* Represent the company professionally both in the office and on the move.
Requirements:
* Preferred previous administrative experience, ideally within the property sector or another customer-focused environment.
* Full, clean UK driving licence (essential).
* Confident, professional communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
* Well-organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience using property management software is preferred.
* Availability to work Saturdays (10:00am–4:00pm) on a rotation basis is required, with time given back in lieu.

Salary: £23,809.50 per annum (pro-rated for the temporary period) with additional commission structure.
