What you will do: –
* Engage effectively and manage relationships with vulnerable children, young people, families, and other stakeholders within the community.
* Collaborate with partners to provide targeted support and interventions for children and families, ensuring their needs are met.
* Formulate, implement, and review agreed care plans that cater to the unique requirements of each child and family.
* Perform timely assessments of service users’ needs, using practice guidance and departmental policies and procedures to ensure the best outcomes.
* Work within a statutory Children’s Services setting, demonstrating awareness of your role’s impact as a childcare professional.
