What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and well-qualified Qualified Teacher of students with a vision impairment (QTVI) who is eager to provide strong leadership within our highly successful Specialist Resource Provision – Vision Impairment.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a student-centred approach and a commitment to the school's Mission and Core Values. They should ensure that teaching and learning are consistently good or better, that all students, regardless of background and ability, make at least expected progress, and that ambitious targets for student performance are met across all Key Stages.
