Hours: Flexible, up to 30 per week (minimum You'll need to work on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with flexibility on the other days.
Working Pattern: Hybrid, with a requirement to be in the Gaerwen office 2 days per week.
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 pro rata (based on experience)
We're looking for someone who:
* Has strong administrative experience – ideally in HR, recruitment, or related areas.
* Loves a fast-paced, ever-changing workload.
* Is organised, good at prioritising, proactive, and enjoys finding solutions.
* Would enjoy being part of a friendly, supportive team who genuinely like working together.
What you'll be doing:
1. HR Administration & Compliance
Provide day-to-day HR administrative support across multiple clients and projects, ensuring records, databases, and systems are accurate and up to date.
2. Employee Journey Support
Lead on onboarding and offboarding processes, support induction, and prepare/issue HR correspondence.
3. Recruitment & Training
Assist with client recruitment campaigns (advertising, arranging interviews, preparing documents) and carry out administration for training processes and programmes.
4. Reporting & Analysis
Support HR reporting, benchmarking, and data analysis to provide insights for clients.
