A leading energy and lighting delivery business is hiring a Project Manager to lead LED upgrade projects across the North region. This role offers full project ownership across multi site programmes with strong repeat client demand.
Role focus
• Deliver LED lighting projects from survey to handover
• Manage programme, budget and quality
• Oversee subcontractors and install teams
• Act as main client contact
• Ensure H and S and lighting standard compliance
• Manage reporting and project documentation
Ideal background
• Project Manager experience in LED or electrical installation
• Multi site commercial or public sector projects
• Strong contractor and client management
• Good RAMS and CDM awareness
• PRINCE2, APM, IOSH or SMSTS helpful
