Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team to ensure effective delivery of all purchasing operations. Oversee the sourcing and procurement of materials, equipment, and services to meet project and operational requirements. Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing structures, and service agreements to achieve cost efficiencies and maintain quality standards. Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships and manage performance through regular review and collaboration. Ensure on-time delivery of materials and services through proactive supplier and logistics management. Maintain robust procurement records and reporting using the companys ERP and document management systems. Collaborate with key internal stakeholders including Project Management, Operations, and Finance to ensure procurement supports project success and budgetary goals. Drive sustainability, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the supply chain Manage the development and maintenance of the companys Preferred Supplier List, ensuring a balance between reliability, competitiveness, and innovation.
