We are looking for a Night Cleaning Manager to work at night and manage the smooth and effective performance of the night cleaning team.
Reporting to the Back of House and Logistics Manager and Executive Housekeeper, this person will ensure that the correct cleaning procedures are established and maintained to deliver an outstanding level of cleanliness throughout the hotel.
It is essential that this person has previous experience managing a cleaning team as responsibilities for the role will include recruiting, training, developing and managing the night team. We are looking for someone who has a strong attention to detail and is passionate about maintaining high standards.
In addition, working knowledge of PPE, cleaning equipment, materials and chemicals and with COSHH guidelines is required to ensure the team are correctly equipped and have the right resources for the job.
This is a full time, permanent position, working 40 hours per week with all shifts being night shifts.
