Electrical estimator

Overview

Are you an electrical estimator working in the M&E sector and looking for a new challenge? Our client, based in Wombourne on the Dudley Wolverhampton border, is a specialist mechanical and electrical contractor with a full-time permanent role available. The role is office based.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to work as part of a team and strive for success and precision/quality estimates.
• Great attention to detail is a must
• Electrical and Mechanical estimations
• Interpretation of tender documents, working on bids
• Working on design and build electrical projects of up to £2m
• Quoting for electrical projects using an estimating computerised software package
• Dealing with enquires, working close with key accounts/clients

Qualifications

The successful candidate MUST have at least 2-3 years experience and be experienced in the electrical estimating. A good knowledge and understanding of mechanical installation would be advantageous.
