Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate individual to join our Stroke Therapy team. You will work closely with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech and Language Therapists to support the assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of people following stroke.
Key Responsibilities
* Work alongside therapists in assessing and rehabilitating stroke patients.
* Organisation and coordination of therapy groups.
* Support qualified therapists in discharge processes such as access visits.
* Administrative duties to support qualified therapists.
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous experience working with stroke patients in an acute hospital or community setting.
* Foundation Degree in health or an equivalent assistant practitioner qualification.
* Full driving licence and own car access.
* Expected to work 7 days a week, including weekend rota participation.
* Competency level to be achieved with supportive training and a structured in‑house training programme.
