What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

* Carrying out property inspections and inventories
* Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
* Problem solving and resolving issues effectively
* Communicating empathetically and professionally under pressure
* Managing tasks in a highly organised and prioritised manner
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

* Proven experience in property inspections/inventories
* Strong understanding of current lettings legislation
* Excellent organisational and workload management skills
* Ability to remain calm and problem-solve under pressure
* High standard of customer service and communication
* Friendly and professional telephone manner
* Local area knowledge (advantageous)
* Full driving licence and own car essential
