EMEA IT Procurement Administrator
RPS is currently seeking an EMEA IT Procurement Administrator to join our Global IT team. This role will be a remote / homebased position with frequent travel to our Leeds office. The Global IT team is responsible for the delivery of Technology services to the rest of the company. As part of the IT Procurement team in EMEA, you will be part of a global Procurement Team responsible for the provisioning of equipment and software licenses to the many operating units. What you’ll be doing The EMEA IT Procurement Administrator will be responsible for assisting the EMEA IT Procurement Manager with the coordination and processing of all IT purchases within the EMEA region ensuring all spend is approved in line with company policy. · Assisting with the procurement of IT products and service solutions for the EMEA region.· Engage in the software support and maintenance renewals process.· Manage daily procurement tasks/requests proactively via the IT Service Management tool, Cherwell.· Collaborating with suppliers to obtain quotations.· Creating and managing purchase orders through the approval process.· Assisting with processing supplier invoices through to Accounts Payable. · Working closely with Accounts Payable to ensure supplier invoices are paid to terms and assisting with invoice disputes. · Respond proactively to information demands and questions from Operational teams and other internal parties as needed.· Cover for other team members as and when necessary.· Build strong working relationships with other global Procurement team members and share best practices.· Help to drive continuous improvement.· Any other task that may be required from time to time. Who we’re looking for · At least 2 years’ experience within a customer-facing IT procurement or administrative role.· Use Microsoft Office 365, especially Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.· Experience in software licensing would be advantageous. · Excellent attention to detail.· Strong verbal and written communication skills.· Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a constantly changing environment.· Have a strong process-driven approach. · Be collaborative and a team player.· Resilience What’s in it for you?
