Carbon60 is looking to recruit a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to work for one of the leading companies based in Worcestershire.

Hours
Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, 40 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on mechanical building services
* Respond promptly to breakdowns and reactive maintenance requests
* Assist with minor installation, upgrades, and adaptation works
* Perform systematic fault finding on mechanical systems
* Maintain systems including DHW, LPHW, CHW, ventilation, and pipework
* Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations
* Safely use tools, access equipment, and PPE as required
* Complete job cards, maintenance records, and documentation accurately
* Collaborate with colleagues and departments to minimize disruption
* Participate in on‑call rota and undertake Authorised Person duties where required
Requirements
* Previous experience in a maintenance or facilities environment
* NVQ Level 3 in Maintenance Services or equivalent
* Experience working on mechanical systems (heating, water, ventilation)
* Pipe fitting experience
* Good understanding of health & safety practices
Desirable
* Experience working on steam systems
* Experience within healthcare or large estates environment
