Job Description
Customer Experience
* Deliver a positive, friendly experience by engaging the customer through conversation and impeccable service.
* Provide a store experience that reflects our brand; easy-breezy, mellow summer all year long.
* Contribute to the overall feeling in the store by being positive, respectful and helpful.
* Uphold Company standards and act as a positive role model.
* Online customer service support
Teamwork & Communication
* Work productively within the team and take initiative to work with others toward common, collaborative goals.
* Communicate positively, efficiently and effectively
* Take ownership of small tasks that are divided in the team; many hands make light work.
Operations
* Participate in the processing of new stock and shipments.
* Assisting in keeping stock areas clean and organised.
* Assist in the timely and accurate completion of weekly tasks (i.e. markdowns, transfers and product updates).
* Exhibit awareness of loss prevention guidelines and comply with all inventory control measures.
* Always adhere to company health & safety regulations.
* Online orders fulfilment support
Merchandising & Displays
* Uphold store merchandising and cleanliness standards
* Ensure that merchandise is ticketed and the shop floor is well stocked
* Support sales by assisting in the merchandising and display projects
* Exhibit a familiarity with current product and trend awareness
Profile
Ideal Candidate
* Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience (not essential but beneficial) along with an excellent understanding of premium fashion industry
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
* Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge
* Ability to be flexible & adaptable to the need of the business
* Willingness to constantly learn & develop
* High cultural knowledge & awareness
* Proactive and positive attitude
