Description: The purpose of this role is to generate and process new clients into the Company. This will be achieved through nurturing relationships with our existing introducers and direct business clients.

Responsibilities
* You will be the first point of contact for clients referred to us by our partners and our direct clients. You will guide clients through the initial stages of their journey, collecting essential information, performing compliance checks, and preparing their case for the next steps.
* Provide outstanding customer service to generate quotes on new business leads over the telephone or online.
* Collect and verify client information and set up new clients accurately in the case management system.
* Explain the onboarding process to new clients in a clear and reassuring way.
* Report all sales activities in the CRM system.
* Understand prospective clients’ needs and potential challenges; advise accordingly while overcoming objections and seeking opportunities to maximise sales revenue.
* Efficiently manage inbound calls, emails and queries from clients, introducers and other partners, ensuring all SLAs are adhered to and met.
* Contribute to the overall success of the New Business Team by achieving individual and team targets and KPIs.
* Proactively liaise with internal departments to ensure quotes align with current agreements and risk models.
* Ensure that all leads are regularly followed up and accurately recorded in line with business protocols.

Essential Skills
* Experience of working in a telesales or account manager position
* Solid understanding and practical application of inbound and outbound sales techniques
* Ability to work in a targeted environment and continuously deliver against agreed KPIs and sales targets
* Exceptional customer service and relationship building experience
* Strong ability in the use of Microsoft applications
* Proficiency with CRM systems and willingness to learn and adapt to new systems
* Understanding of the conveyancer process would be desirable
