About the Role: PHD EMEA is hiring a Strategy Director to join our global team working on Opella, Sanofi’s consumer healthcare division. As Strategy Director, you’ll help shape global communications strategies across 50 markets, working with a collaborative team of strategists, digital specialists, and data experts. About You We’re looking for a strategic thinker with extensive experience in media planning across integrated channels. You’ll be confident leading strategic conversations, simplifying complex ideas, and connecting business goals with smart media solutions. Experience in FMCG or consumer healthcare is beneficial, and you’ll be comfortable using data to enhance planning—from audience segmentation to integrating econometrics and consolidating market insights. Ideally, you’ll also bring experience in integrated social strategy, including influencer marketing, and understand how these channels contribute to broader communications planning. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re outcome-focused, collaborative, and curious about digital and data-driven approaches.
