About the Role
:
As a Planner you will be working in a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community. This local contract covers Crawley council within the social housing sector.
A Planner within our Crawley branch. You will be doing admin duties, WIP management, will be taking and receiving call, receiving and responding email, raising repairs, planning works, ensuring operatives have a full diary of jobs every day, liaising with operatives and sub-contractors, ensuing all the follow-on work required and plan in if operatives need to go back to site.
Day to day duties:
1. Scheduling works in to Operative diaries
2. Dealing with Day-to-day quires from Operatives
3. Liaising with the Call centre team
4. Mandatory training and compliance.
5. KPI Management
Role Criteria:
6. Previous experience in a Planning role
7. Good Written and Verbal communication skills
8. It Literate
