* Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with Product to craft and execute a bold vision for our Conversational Assistant and GenAI initiatives. Inspire and lead a team of engineers, fostering innovation and excellence.
* Technological Innovation: Drive the development and deployment of advanced AI and machine learning solutions to enhance customer and colleague experiences and improve operations.
* Collaborative Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, data scientists, engineers, and UX designers, to deliver integrated solutions.
* Delivery Excellence: Define roadmaps, manage budgets, and allocate resources to ensure timely project delivery.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, communicating the value and impact of our AI projects.
* Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI, seeking opportunities to enhance our solutions.
* Coaching and Development: Mentor team members, supporting their professional growth and skill development.

Accountabilities

* Work with stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and define product requirements.
* Implement assessments for continuous testing and improvement of product quality.
* Monitor product performance to identify optimization opportunities.
* Keep abreast of technological trends to adopt new approaches for product development.
