Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager – Perrys Citroen & Peugeot Milton Keynes

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
Perrys is one of the UK’s largest car dealership groups, founded in 1908 and operating over 50 branches nationwide. Official franchised dealer for many of the UK’s most popular car and commercial vehicle brands, including Ford, Kia, Mazda, and Vauxhall.
Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate a team of commercial vehicle sales executives to exceed targets
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans for new and used vans, trucks, and fleet vehicles
* Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients and fleet managers
* Monitor performance metrics and report on sales activity to senior management
* Collaborate with finance and marketing teams to deliver tailored customer solutions
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards
* Provide coaching and training to enhance team performance and product knowledge
Key Requirements
* Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager experience is required
* Full UK driving licence required
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities
* Availability to work weekends
