Service business based in the Holmes Chapel area requires an HR Advisor for their growing team. Reporting to the senior management, this role is looking for a self-starter who is looking for a role they can really make their own. This role is based in Holmes Chapel and can offer flexi time and hybrid to the right person. The main aim of the role is to provide expert HR guidance and support to managers and employees, ensuring the effective management of people-related matters. Deliver high-quality employee relations support, drive HR best practices, and contribute to a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace culture.
