 
        
        We are looking for an experienced and qualified Team Leader to join one of the children’s residential homes we work with. Our client are a fast-growing organisation committed to supporting children and young people who have challenging behaviour, SEMH and autism.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate shifts with Residential Support Workers
• Manage risks safely in line with company policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with the team regarding daily plans
• Maintain accurate reports and documentation using our paperless systems
• Review care plans and other relevant documentation for each young person
• Participate in our tailored training programme
• Attend staff meetings and contribute to service improvement
• Advocate for young people using a positive parenting model
• Support young people using positive strategies, including de-escalation tools (CPI training)
What We’re Looking For:
• Passion for positive parenting and supporting children
• Exceptional communication skills
• Good understanding of current legislation (e.g., Children’s Homes Regulations 2015)
• Calm, empathetic, and professional approach
• Open to continuous learning and professional development
Essential Requirements:
• Full manual driving licence
• Level 3 or 4 in Children’s Residential care
• Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development
• Commitment to making a difference in the lives of children and young people
• Enthusiastic and proactive team member
