Graphic Designer at Stealth AI Startup (London, Hybrid)
We're searching for an exceptional Graphic Designer who has a keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for creating visually stunning experiences. We’re an AI innovation company backed by a top-tier VC, building products that will redefine the retail experience. Currently in stealth mode, we’re blending cutting-edge advances in behavioural science, Generative AI, and reinforcement learning to create systems that anticipate and serve customer needs in radically new ways.
We're looking for an exceptional Graphic Designer to join our growing team and work closely with our Head of UI/UX. Our Head of UI/UX leads the overall user experience, and we need your outstanding design skills to complement this. Some UI knowledge is a plus but your primary focus will be on delivering impactful and beautiful visual design that elevates our products and brand.
What you'll do:
* Collaborate with our Head of UI/UX to translate concepts and user flows into compelling visual designs.
* Develop and maintain consistent visual styles, brand guidelines, and design systems.
* Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and visual assets for our cutting-edge AI products.
* Produce engaging marketing materials, presentations, and other visual communications.
* Contribute to the overall aesthetic and user delight of our product suite.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and visual communication.
What you'll bring:
* A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional graphic design skills across various mediums.
* Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
* A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, color, and layout.
* Ability to work iteratively and incorporate feedback effectively.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Some understanding of UI principles and best practices is highly desirable.
* A passion for creating visually stunning and intuitive experiences.
Bonus points if you have:
* Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
* Familiarity with AI or machine learning concepts.
* Experience in the retail or e-commerce sector.
