About The Role As a Technical Sales Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in pre/after-sales, design process and training by: Supporting customers with technical designs and applications. Collaborating with external customers and sales teams through email, phone, and occasional site visits. Providing tailored, design-engineered solutions for air conditioning and heat pump systems. Utilising in-house software to create tender documents and quotations. Advising customers on technical and commercial matters to ensure their projects succeed. The Person Essential: Experience with air conditioning and/or renewable heating design. Proven ability to produce technical solutions and detailed quotations. Excellent customer service skills, with a warm and helpful approach when supporting customers and colleagues. Desirable: Manufacturing experience (preferred) or a background in M&E contracting/consulting engineering within project design or estimation. Familiarity with VRF systems (full training provided).
