What you’ll do on a typical day:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers and drivers, handling high‑volume calls and emails with professionalism and empathy
* Resolve delivery issues and complaints using Salesforce CRM, turning challenges into positive customer experiences
* Maintain accurate customer records in full GDPR compliance
* Carry out daily administrative tasks using Microsoft Excel and Word to support performance and delivery tracking
* Promote a strong “Safety First” culture by following Food Safety and Health & Safety guidelines while staying up to date with new products and platform update

What you need to succeed at GXO:
Proven experience in customer service or a similar customer‑facing role
* Excellent IT literacy, including confident use of Outlook and core Microsoft applications
* Strong communication skills, both internally and when engaging with customers
* Ability to prioritise and manage high‑volume tasks effectively
