We are excited to announce an opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our client's team as a Shop Manager for their new Furniture Warehouse. This pivotal role involves managing the day-to-day operations of the furniture shop and team, ensuring the shop achieves its maximum trading potential.
Day-to-day of the role:
1. Manage the overall operations of the furniture shop, ensuring effective performance and meeting sales targets.
2. Foster good working relationships with the logistics company for efficient uplifts and deliveries, as well as with customers and the warehouse team.
3. Ensure the shop is operated effectively, with a focus on maximizing sales and profitability while enhancing the awareness of the Hospice within the community.
4. Oversee the pricing, display, and sale of furniture items, ensuring they are attractive and competitively priced.
