Background – A forward thinking practice based in Whitehaven, are looking for Locum Clinical Pharmacist support until March next year. Great opportunity for a Prescribing Pharmacist to work remotely. They are offering full time hours with an immediate start. Your role will be to provide primary support to general practice staff with regards to prescription and medication queries including repeat prescriptions, deal with acute prescription requests, and medicines reconciliation on transfer of care and systems for safer prescribing, providing expertise in clinical medicines advice while addressing both public and social care needs of patient.
