About the Role:
We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Learning and Development Administrator to join our centralised L&D function. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in helping support the delivery of impactful training and development initiatives across the business. This role is hybrid, working in our Norwich offices for 2/3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Talent Development Manager, including scheduling training sessions, managing calendars, and coordinating logistics.
* Maintain accurate training records and databases.
* Assist with onboarding processes and induction programmes.
* Prepare training materials and resources.
* Liaise with internal departments and external providers to support learning activities.
* Monitor attendance and feedback from training sessions.
* Support the implementation of digital learning platforms and tools.
What We're Looking For:
1. Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR or L&D.
2. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
4. Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills.
