Temporary Customer Service Advisor
Monday - Friday : 8.00am - 5.00pm
12.75 per hour
7 week assignment to start ASAP
Location : Romford
Assignment Duties
* Working as part of a large team you will liaise with customers, updating information on the in-house database
* You will forward feedback emails to customers and log responses
* You will respond to enquires and queries by phone and email
To be considered for this role
* You must be confident talking to customers over the telephone
* You must be available to work for the next 7 weeks without substantial absences.
