Overview
Job Title: Project Administrator (Temp to Perm)
Location: Redditch, B97
Hours: Monday – Friday, 37 hours per week (office absed)
Pay Rate: £16.22 per hour (paid weekly)
Responsibilities
* Contacting clients via telephone to arrange and confirm survey appointments
* Managing schedules and updating internal systems with appointment details
* Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth project delivery
* Liaising with internal teams to maintain accurate records and communication
* Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
What We’re Looking For
* Strong communication and telephone skills
* Excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail
* Confident using IT systems (Microsoft Office and similar software)
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Previous administration or customer service experience is desirable
