Hourly Rate£14.50 - £15.50 per hour Pay Structure £ 14.50/hr Weekdays | £15.50/hr Weekend Days (Plus Sleeping Night Rate)
Schedule 24-hour shifts available: (12-hour day, 8 am-8 pm + 12-hour sleeping night, 8 pm-8 am). 7 days a week available.
Contract Type Zero Hour (Flexible)
About the Client and Your Role
You will be supporting a 28-year-old woman who lives with severe epilepsy, autism, and learning disabilities. This position is highly rewarding, blending essential clinical skills with active companionship to help her enjoy a fulfilling life.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:
Advanced Clinical Care: Managing her complex health needs, including administering medication via PEG, performing oral suctioning, managing gastrostomy/feeding tubes, and monitoring her health to proactively control seizures.
Personalised Support: Providing hands-on assistance with all daily living activities, such as toileting, washing, and dressing.
Active Companionship: Being her partner in fun! She loves baking, solving jigsaw puzzles, going for walks, enjoying pubs and cafes, swimming, and trips to the beach.
Please Note:
A Full UK Driving Licence is essential .
You must be comfortable sharing a family home with two friendly Labradors .

Are You the Right Fit?
We value a positive attitude and energy above specific experience full, excellent training will be provided to the right candidate!
Experience in a Healthcare / Support working role, ideally with epilepsy, autism, or learning disabilities
level 2 or level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care or related Healthcare (desirable but not essential)
PEG feeding/Administering medication via PEG, oral suctioning, experience desirable
You possess a valid UK Drivers Licence (Mandatory) .
You are naturally energetic, upbeat, empathetic, and possess excellent communication skills.
You can commit to the required 24-hour shift pattern and are flexible.
You have an awareness of accessibility needs (e.g., wheelchair-friendly routes and venues).
