Business Support Manager, Property Systems Specialist, Hybrid
Our client, a leading finance company, is looking to engage with a contractor with a background as a Property Systems Specialist.
This role is critical to the delivery of a wider project key for supporting ambitious growth plans.
Engagement via Umbrella Company Only; all taxes & NI deducted at source.

Hybrid working - 2 days per week on site.
Skills & experience required -
* Experience using property management systems e.g. MRI, Yardi, RealPage etc.
* Property, lease, finance, or compliance processes
* Ability to engage with suppliers, technical teams and users
General responsibilities -
* Implement process and system improvements for operational teams.
* Manage reporting requirements & develop ad-hoc reports.
* Configure and optimise modules across our property management & system stack.
* Work with software suppliers on complex configuration and enhancements.
* Support testing, releases, troubleshooting, and end-user queries.
* Data integrity, workflows, user roles, configuration documentation.
