Residential Childcare Jobs – Stoke-on-Trent & Midlands
We are recruiting on behalf of a growing residential childcare provider in the Midlands, looking for Residential Childcare Workers (Qualified Level 3+ & Unqualified) and Residential Team Leaders. Salary:
* Unqualified: £31,654.90 (inclusive of sleep pay)
* Level 3+ Qualified: £34,302 (inclusive of sleep pay)
* Team Leaders: £36,358 (inclusive of sleep pay)

* Sleep pay during annual leave (£55 per sleep, set to rise)
* Overtime pay for hours above base (171 hours)

Requirements:
* Passionate about residential childcare and improving children’s lives
* Experience in children’s residential care preferred but not essential for unqualified staff
