You will work for a large business based in the north-west, with their main office in Manchester city centre. This company is looking for a forward-thinking, dynamic Payroll administrator to join their team processing end-to-end UK payroll.
Your new role
In your new role, you will manage the entire payroll process to ensure the accuracy and completeness of employee payroll calculations, meeting internal and external payroll deadlines. You will regularly review and process corrections and changes to the payroll system, acting as the main contact for internal stakeholders and external payroll providers. You will also provide guidance and knowledge to employees and internal stakeholders regarding payroll-related enquiries to improve payroll processes.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong critical thinking skills, and be able to work independently as well as collaboratively on team projects. You should have a professional demeanour, with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. Experience with high-volume bureau payroll is desirable, but essential is end-to-end UK payroll experience within the UK.
