Role: Foreman (Civil) Location: South Dublin Salary: € Company overview: Talent Curve are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to oversee site operations for a large residential site in South Dublin. The appointed person will be responsible for all civils works on site. This role is with a leading construction and civil engineering firm specializing in groundworks, utility connections and Civil Engineering ideal candidate will have a strong background in the civil sector, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage teams effectively. This role involves supervising daily site activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate construction activities on-site. Manage and supervise site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Plan and schedule work to meet project deadlines. Monitor work progress and provide regular updates to project managers. Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications. Identify and resolve any issues that arise during construction. Maintain accurate site records and reports. Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent understanding of construction procedures, health and safety standards, and project management. Ability to read and interpret drawings Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
