You will be responsible for:
* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance across all equipment to ensure optimal performance
* Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults to minimise downtime and improve reliability
* Supporting production teams with machine setups, changeovers, and performance improvements
* Maintaining accurate documentation, including maintenance logs, parts usage, and service reports, while ensuring compliance with health & safety standards
* Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and liaising with suppliers, OEMs, and contractors to enhance efficiency and performance
Key attributes required:
* Proven experience as a Multiskilled Maintenance or Service Engineer within a manufacturing environment
* Strong mechanical and electrical fault‑finding skills, with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Hands‑on experience with relevant machinery such as folder‑gluers, die‑cutters, or print / finishing equipment
* Solid understanding of pneumatics and hydraulics, with a proactive, problem‑solving approach and focus on continuous improvement
* Experienced within packaging, print, or corrugated environments
