What You'll Do
As a Progress Coach, you'll be a mentor, motivator, and advocate for students. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing pastoral support to 16-18-year-old Study Programme students
* Supporting attendance, personal goal setting, achievement, and progression
* Delivering engaging tutorial content and helping shape the tutorial programme
* Collaborating with curriculum and support teams to ensure students receive timely, effective support
* Working 1:1 and in groups to inspire and guide learners
