As Security Distribution National Accounts Manager, you will drive the growth of our specialised security distribution network and lead strategic partnerships with distributors and wholesalers. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure seamless alignment across pricing, stock availability, marketing execution, and technical readiness—building a high-performing ecosystem that accelerates adoption and maximises market impact.

We’re seeking a proven security industry professional with deep experience managing distribution and installer networks to play a pivotal role in driving success for our ProSeries product range across the UK—followed by exciting new product launches in 2027 and beyond.

This role is ideal for someone with a hunter mindset, passionate about new business development. Your success will accelerate plans to expand our UK security sales team, creating a genuine pathway into sales leadership.


JOB DUTIES:

Distributor & Wholesaler Management

1. Full commercial ownership of security distributors and wholesalers
2. Develop and drive quarterly and annual joint business plans
3. Optimise sell-in performance, stock and demand planning, pricing execution, and product assortments
4. Deploy and track distributor marketing programs and promotions in collaboration with Marketing
5. Improve forecast accuracy and strengthen pipeline visibility
6. Monitor sell-out performance through structured scorecards and actionable insights

Market Development & Ecosystem Enablement

7. Strengthen the distribution network to ensure reliable availability, coverage, and growth
8. Align internal commercial, operational, and technical teams to support distributor success
9. Resolve channel conflicts and pricing discrepancies to maintain a healthy market environment
10. Build strong field presence to accelerate activation and product adoption

National Installer Engagement

11. Support national installers through a distributor-led go-to-market model
12. Promote adoption of the product roadmap and key commercial initiatives
13. Identify installer-driven opportunities that enhance overall market penetration
14. Build credibility with key industry players while maintaining distributors as the primary commercial interface

NPI Deployment & Market Readiness

15. Lead NPI planning, launch execution, and market readiness across distributors and wholesalers.
16. Train partners on product features, certifications, stocking expectations, and go-to-market positioning
17. Measure NPI effectiveness through sell-in growth, sell-out activation, and installer engagement



YOU MUST HAVE:

18. Proven expertise in managing distribution networks within the security industry
19. Established relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and installers
20. Strong commercial leadership with the ability to influence and drive results
21. Hunter mentality with a track record of winning new business
22. Exceptional relationship-building and strategic account management skills
23. Willingness to travel frequently across the UK
