Liaise with depots through callovers to ensure all work is accurate and consistent across systems. Handle customer requests for extra work, cancellations, and amendments. Release imports using Destin 8 and CNS systems, and manage bookings for exports. Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across all systems. Managing group email mailboxes in a timely and effective manner Skills & Experience: Experience with TOPS, Paris, Destin 8, and Excel is advantageous but not essential. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving. An understanding of the transport industry is essential. Working as part of a successful team, you will possess excellent communication skills and experience of dealing directly with customers. A working knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft Excel is essential for the role.
