Youll manage a caseload of around 70 people referred via the Job Centre typically individuals who need a bit of extra guidance, structure, or practical help to get back into employment. Day-to-day, you might: Help someone build or improve their CV Talk through local opportunities that match their career goals Liaise with local employers to connect them to job-ready participants Refer people to confidence-building or training support Remove practical barriers such as arranging travel or workwear for interviews This is a target-driven role, so youll need to stay organised and results-focused but instead of sales KPIs, youre working toward life-changing outcomes.
