This is an exciting opportunity for a Curriculum Leader of Business and Computing to join MEA Central.
Position details:
* Permanent position on Teaching terms MPS-UPS plus TLR 2.3/2C allowance of £8,279.
We’re looking for:
* A qualified and experienced Teacher eligible to work in the UK, ready to take on additional responsibility and drive improvements across the curriculum.
* An excellent classroom practitioner delivering Good/Outstanding lessons, with thorough Business and Computing subject knowledge and an understanding of current curriculum developments.
Main purpose of the job:
This middle management role involves providing professional leadership, management, and developing excellence in pedagogy to ensure accelerated progress for students in your subject area. You will lead the development of effective teaching and learning strategies aligned with school and national policies to provide a personalized educational experience for students.

Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and managing the curriculum team and support staff
* Modeling excellent classroom practice and staying updated on national developments
* Reviewing and consulting on department aims and objectives
* Ensuring policies are in place and followed within the curriculum area
* Managing finances and resources to maximize student achievement
* Full line management of the curriculum team, including recruitment, performance management, and staff development
