An opportunity to join a high-growth ‘specialist comms & creative agency’ as Programmatic Lead! The Programmatic Lead will own and manage the relationship of one of the agency’s largest accounts while managing a small team (3 people) of #Programmatic Executives/Traders.
We are seeking a highly motivated, client-facing and experienced #Programmatic professional to join the team.
Key responsibilities:
* Client-facing – being a trusted adviser to our client by leading weekly/monthly calls.
* Growth plans and Campaign Strategies – provide strategic recommendations and insights to achieve objectives and desired results.
* Team management - Oversees a team of #Programmatic Executives
* Manage QA process, troubleshooting and budget reallocation to meet the client’s KPIs.
About you:
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
* 4 + years of experience as a programmatic trader/programmatic account manager, either within a digital media agency or client-side.
* In-depth knowledge of one or more two or more DSPs technologies.
* Advanced optimisation techniques to deliver against standard programmatic KPIs for client satisfaction and budget growth.
* Solid reporting and analytical skills.
* Passionate about everything media and advertising.
Up to £65k base + Bonus + excellent benefits
