Crown & Horns is a lively, welcoming pub with its own charm and history, nestled in the heart of East Ilsey. Known for our cozy atmosphere and delicious drinks, we offer a unique experience to every guest. With 11 rooms, no two days are ever the same, and we're looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic team.
What You'll Do:
* Serve drinks, including classic cocktails, local ales, and more
* Provide top- Guest service, ensuring every guest has a great experience
* Handle cash and card transactions
* Keep the bar clean, organised, and well-stocked
* Work alongside a passionate team in a fast-paced pub environment
* Create a great atmosphere and build a good rapport
What We're Looking For:
Previous bar or hospitality experience is essential
A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a love for interacting with people
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be 18+ (due to alcohol service laws)
