Certainty is the Law Society of England and Wales trusted partner and provider of a National Will Register, and is chosen, endorsed and used by the public, legal professionals, law firms, PI insurers, Government agencies, charities and other associated sectors and organisations to register and search for wills. The role is ideal for someone who is a current or a recent Business Development professional. What you will be doing Identify and maximise all sales opportunities, pitch services to new and existing clients and build a good working relationship with all key stakeholders. Marketing lead generation conversion to sales Maintaining regular communication with clients and manage their accounts Attending off site client meetings Hosting and presenting meetings via Zoom or other Planning, preparing and delivering presentations Providing support and training where required What you will be good at Business development or direct sales experience Understanding of lead generation Strong will to exceed targets Good communication and presentation skills Good negotiation skills and ability to effectively close deals Knowledge of legal industry and sales CRM, such as Salesforce, is an advantage
