This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with a passion for employment law and a desire to work on high-quality matters with a varied client base.
Role Overview:
You’ll be advising both employers and employees on a broad spectrum of employment matters, including:
1. Disciplinary and grievance procedures
2. Redundancies and restructures
3. TUPE transfers
4. Settlement agreements
5. Employment Tribunal claims
6. Employment contracts and HR policies
7. Discrimination and whistleblowing claims
You’ll manage your own caseload while also collaborating on more complex matters with senior colleagues. The role offers a balance of contentious and non-contentious work, and the chance to build strong relationships with a wide range of clients.
