Infrastructure Engineer (Windows?11 / NPPV3)

We are seeking a seasoned Infrastructure Engineer with strong experience in Windows?11 deployments and infrastructure engineering. This person will work across both BAU and project streams, helping to maintain and evolve the clients infrastructure, and enabling the migration or rollout of Windows?11 environments. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a complex, high-availability environment and has experience with modern infrastructure tooling and security practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage infrastructure incidents and service requests under SLA
2. Monitoring metrics, logs, and alerts to proactively detect and remediate issues
3. Lead or support Windows?11 deployment projects (imaging, automation, pilot, rollouts)
4. Support and evolve infrastructure design, ensuring best practices are followed
5. Collaborate with cybersecurity, network, storage, and application teams on cross-domain initiatives
6. Implement or maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, DFSR, WDS, etc.
7. Automate deployment, configuration, and infrastructure provisioning (Infrastructure as Code)
