About the role:
Our client offers an opportunity to work with dedicated Children's Safeguarding & Support teams. We seek qualified Children and Families Social Workers with experience in safeguarding and children in care, capable of managing diverse cases and providing high-quality assessments promptly. This role offers career progression from Newly Qualified Social Worker to Senior Social Worker and Team Manager, focusing on a child-centered, restorative approach with families.

Requirements:
* Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England Registration
* Knowledge of childcare legislation, including 'Working Together to Safeguard Children'
* Ability to build effective relationships with children, young people, and families
* ASYE + at least 3 years of experience, plus supervisory or practice development experience
* Post-qualifying training completed
* Enhanced DBS check
* Excellent communication and written skills
