Administrator Asset Change Management
Were looking for an organised and proactive individual to support the day-to-day running of our Asset Change Management process. Key Responsibilities:
Support the Asset Change Manager with the full lifecycle of change processes (ACRs).
Administer the Asset Management Portal for Variations (AMPV).
Assist in managing change through various formal processes, including:
Overarching Change Implementation Notifications (OCIN)
Engineering Change Requests (ECR)
Electrical and Utility Distribution Change (EDLC)
Ensure accurate filing and maintenance of documents in the central database (Meridian).
Help ensure that CAD drawings are correctly updated and published.
Coordinate stakeholder communications including sending requests, tracking responses, and managing follow-ups.
Maintain a live status log of all asset change requests.
Respond to internal queries from and wider business.
Collaborate with our Survey Team to stay ahead of upcoming change requirements.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

Good attention to detail and ability to manage technical data.
Confident communicator written and verbal.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with asset management, change control, or technical documentation is desirable.
Familiarity with systems like Meridian, AMPV, or CAD is a bonus training will be provided.
