Overview
My client is a large international goods importer and is seeking to recruit an accomplished Quality Administrator to join its busy export department to serve as a point of contact for customers, sales representatives and the sales team with queries regarding invoicing or discrepancies on deliveries.
Responsibilities
* Excel spreadsheet updating
* Updating TIMS system
* Digital scanning
* Data inputting
* Attention to detail
* Good communication skills
* Team player
Requirements / Qualifications
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with extensive contact with the Quality Department
* Fully computer literate and a confident user of Excel, Word and Gmail
* Some knowledge of export documentation
* Experience with or ability to update the TIMS system
This role is offered on a permanent basis and requires an immediate start.
